10th of Subsequent Month - Form GSTR-1
In Form GSTR-1, you need to declare the details of all the outward supplies of goods and/or services effected during the month. Invoice-wise details of outward supplies made to registered dealer and aggregate taxable value of supplies made to consumer are required to be declared"
11th of Subsequent Month - Form GSTR-2A
On 11th, the visibility of inward supplies is made available to the recipient in the auto-populated GSTR-2A. This is generated based on the outward supplies declared by your supplier in Form GSTR-1.The period from 11th to 15th will allow for any corrections (additions, modifications and deletion) in Form GSTR-2A."

15th of Subsequent Month - Form GSTR-2
After reconciling, any additional claim or correction as per Form GSTR-2A needs to be incorporated and submitted in Form GSTR-2 by 15th of subsequent month. Based on the claim reported in Form GSTR-2, ITC will be credited to your E-credit ledger on provisional basis and post matching of invoice, it will be finalized.
20th of Subsequent Month - Form GSTR-3
On 20th, based on the Form GSTR-1 and Form GSTR-2, an auto-populated return GSTR-3 will be available for submission along with the payment.

How To Be Ready For GST
Get Complete you’re working for Closing Stock for the period 31.3.2017 30.6.2017 before GST Implementation date along with Quantitative data.
Make a separate file of those items which are shown in your Unsold stock as on 30.6.2017 e.g. Purchase Bills, Bill of Entry, Excise Paying Documents etc.
Check whether any stock of one year old is lying with you.
Stock ageing be made to ascertain if any stock is more than 1yr old. If yes then dispose it off immediately by way of sale as no credit is available on goods held in stock for more than a year on the GST implementation date.
Classify stock tax rate wise, purchased locally to get ITC into SGST.
Classify stock purchased on invoices bearing Duty Payment non duty payments to get ITC transferred to CGST.
Rectify *Mismatch Reports of Purchases *, if persists
Revise your Vat Returns if point no.4 applies to you.
Make strict follow-up to collect all the C forms/H Form/ I forms.
Get your Books Finalise for FY 2016-17 before implementation date of GST.
Apply for migration in all states if you have centralised registration under Service Tax.
Make Chart of HSN CODES GST Rates on your goods services to be purchased Sold.
Get the Account Statement from your Suppliers / Creditors for the year ended 31/3/2017 compiled them from your books.
Analyse Profit and Loss and see which expenses are liable to Reverse Charge Method. And any other more point which will send to you in due course before implementation of GST date.
